As a 28-year veteran retail leader and coach, I've learned that you can achieve anything you set out to do if
you have a clear vision and surround yourself with positive people.
I wake up every morning with a passion to make a difference to people’s physical and mental wellbeing. I specialise in supporting those looking to implement changes within their lives to enable them to live life to the fullest and focus on the positive. I act to guide through decision making processes where the overall
outcomes enhance lives both personally and professionally.
With a background in senior operations and wellness roles and as a previous owner of a CrossFit gym, I bring with me a diverse range of skills. I draw upon all aspects of my experience to coach individuals through a rediscovery in order to realign their purpose.
In addition,
I am a qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & Cert IV), provide special needs support to those vulnerable in our community and am a Trek Leader on the Kokoda Track in PNG. Recently I’ve aligned with the mental health foundation Love Me Love You. I facilitate programs and conduct public speaking engagements highlighting mental health, the importance of having a support crew and making sure you are filling your own cup.
In my spare time I enjoy competing in the sport of CrossFit which allows me to continually challenge myself
mentally and physically.
